The following notes give a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. For detailed information on data protection, please refer to the sections below.

Data is collected to provide the website reliably and to answer your enquiries. Analysis of your browsing behaviour does not currently take place; should audience measurement be added in future, it will be described here and will be subject to your choice in the privacy settings.

3. Hosting

We host the content of our website with ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located within the European Union. Personal data collected on this website is stored on these servers. This may include in particular IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data and names. The use of the host serves the purpose of contract performance towards our existing and potential customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

5. Data Collection on this Website

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free display and optimisation of the website.

Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your enquiry including all personal data resulting from it (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your enquiry. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures. Otherwise, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where this has been requested.

Contact form

You can reach us via a form on the contact page. It transmits the fields you complete — name, email address, optionally phone number and preferred callback time, details of the vehicle or project, and your message. The data is processed on our web space and delivered to us by email; it is not passed on to third parties.

The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via a mandatory checkbox before submission, and — where your enquiry is directed at concluding or preparing a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal message to the email address above is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal is unaffected.

To guard against automated submissions the form contains a field invisible to you ("honeypot") that only programs fill in. No further data about you is collected for this purpose and no third-party service is involved.

6. Plugins and Tools

Fonts (served locally)

This website uses the typefaces Inter, Playfair Display and JetBrains Mono. They are served entirely from our own server and are not fetched from a third party. Your browser therefore establishes no connection to Google or any other external server in order to render the type, and no transfer of your IP address to third parties takes place for this purpose.

OpenStreetMap / Leaflet

A map may be embedded via OpenStreetMap (OSM). The map only loads after you consent to the "External media" category in our consent banner. AI crawlers and indexing

Our robots.txt explicitly permits selected AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and others) to index publicly available pages so the atelier can appear in AI-assisted search results. Only public content is processed — no access to personal data takes place.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only the following is stored, and it is stored on your own device:

Categories that do require consent (statistics, marketing, external media) are switched off by default and become active only after you agree.
