These Terms of Use govern the use of the website operated by Sunčana Zelena Polja j.d.o.o. (brand Imperial Motorworks), Gaj 96, 10340 Vrbovec, Croatia ("we", "us", "operator"), available at imperialmotorworks.com. By accessing the website you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the website

This website is an editorial information service of a restoration atelier. It does not constitute a binding offer to enter into a contract. Restorations, detailing and other services are commissioned only by individual written agreement between you and the atelier. No goods are sold on this website and no automated contract conclusion takes place here.

3. Content and availability

We make efforts to keep the content of this website current and accurate. However, no warranty is given regarding the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the content. We reserve the right to change, add to or remove content at any time without prior notice. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of the website.

All content on this website — in particular texts, images, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks and layouts — is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any use beyond the narrow limits of copyright law requires the prior written consent of the operator.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this use of the website — to the extent legally permissible — is the operator's seat in Vrbovec, Croatia.

9. Severability

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid one.
